To the List,

To amazon is to google bibliographically and in checking out Gavriel
Shapiro's new book on Amazon I discovered that the question of Nabokov
as a moral writer and specifically the subject of cruelty and the
nabokovian reader has been discussed in Style Is Matter: The Moral Art
of Vladimir Nabokov ~ Leland De La Durantaye.

Amazin', ain't it?
Carolyn Kunin

p.s. I checked the archives, and although references to this book were
made when the book came out in '08, in praise of as far as I could
see, no mention of the problem of cruelty was discussed (so there).
