Dear Matt,

This is the first I hear of this discovery and it's wonderful!
Szeftel, as you may know, has been identified as the model for
Professor Pnin (Galya Diment, Pniniad, Nabokov and Marc Szeftel).

p.s. I feel my slavic education must have been sadly lacking - - I
don't recall ever hearing about the Vseslav Epos before.
