Hi, Jerry.
Yes, Gene Barabtarlo and I (& probably others) contacted the U.S. Post
Office about a VN centennial stamp for 1999. The P.O. has some sort of
civilian
review board on such proposals. Our suggestion was shot down with no
explanation. On the other hand, Ayn Rand of "Fountainhead" and "Atlas
Shrugged"
fame did get her stamp--to our intense irritation.
