EDNOTE. Yes, might be worth pursuing. Van rides a bicycle in ADA a time or
two. Martyn in GLORY. Famous Russian bicyclists of VN's youth were Tolstoy
and Pavlov of the P. Response. Sasha Sokolov's 1976 _School for Fools_ , a
favorite of VN's, is a paeon to bicyclists.
