EDITOR's NOTE. Olga Skonechnaya is the author of the first Russian
doctoral dissertation on VN. It deals with VN and his relation to Russian
writers of the Silver Age. Her recent article may be seen in NABOKOV

I am interested in parodies on Nabokov, Nabokov's stylization,
Nabokov as literary character, mystification on Nabokov e.t.c.; - in a
words, Nabokov in a mirror of culture.
I don't know many texts of this kind: parody by Umberto
Eko, novel by Orsenna "Deux etes" about French translation of "Ada",
and one more pseudo-Nabokovian interview.
