The Anastasiev book may be available from Kamkin's of Rockville, MD or The
Russian House (New York). Incidentally, there was a very thorough review of
it in the PAris "Russkaia Mysl'", which seems to prove that the book a
bloody dreadful combination of negligible scholarship and political bias. The
review appeared in March, I think. Margaret Raymond
