Let me push both of my previous comments a bit toward absurdity--
since we're all here for the fun of it anyway. First, I can make
this girl the third witch by suggesting that her name completes the
rhyme at the beginning of MacBeth previously mentioned:

When we three shall meet again
In thunder, lightning, or in rain
The third of us is Eileen Lane.

Obviously, I'm a desperate man.

And concerning how languid the girl is, notice that when she is not
lying around, before she has lain, she is leaning (Eileen).
