One language--English--for me, as well.  And I didn't discover Nabokov until halfway through college, so I never had the opportunity to take a class on him, though my focus was in microbiology.  I sincerely regret that.
In response to Victor Fet, are there are multiple translations of Nabokov's works to consider? In the 1971 copy of Glory, the forward mentions "emigre houses" publishing his previous Russian books.  Are there more recent translations of them?
