With regard to Mme. Glaser's proposal, why don't I have seventy-two translations made of Laura and then have the seventy-two translations translated back into English, and, mixing in the original, publish the result as the Seventy-Three Lauras, I am sure that would do wonders for my father's style, at least for those to whom his words are for the birds.
