In the Memoirs by Ustinov there were some not very respectful and very imprecise remarks concerning Nabokov (for example, he remarked that the uncle - and not the father - of VN was killed)." So there's a real link bt. Nabokov and Coward after all, even if indirectly, through Ustinov's memoirs (NC and VN also share the same birth-year, 1899).  Jansy
