I am seeking information on college and university courses in which a work by VN regularly appears on the syllabus (that is, a course which you have taught at least twice, and expect to teach again, which includes a text by VN).  If you teach such a course, could you send me the information below?  Feel free to abbreviate titles and so forth -- I want to make it easy to respond!:
