My thanks to Alexey Sklyarenko for calling my attention to my
oversight in my message about Mozzukhin’s film. VN’s movie mate was, of
course, NOT Tatyana but Tamara (or at least
so-named in Speak, Memory). According to Boyd, her real name
was Valentina Evgeniena Shulgin, although VN called her
“Lyussya.”
