I would like to announce that I have uploaded a paper to academia.edu: “Kinbote’s Hero’s Journey: Transcendent Path or Dead End?”

https://www.academia.edu/38426808/KINBOTE_S_HERO_S_JOURNEY-MaryRoss.docx

I follow Charles Kinbote as he travels in parodic steps the well-trodden path of the “Hero’s Journey” as outlined in the Jungian scholar Joseph Campbell’s seminal book on the “universal monomyth,” “The Hero With a Thousand Faces.”

This paper is part of my work-in-progress, (currently titled) “Archetype, Alchemy and Allegory: Jungian influences in Nabokov’s Pale Fire.
