Dear Phil I
Many thanks for the Mehta note. It's a great item and I've had several responses.
A boon, I beg. Someone has reported that he is  still getting infected postings. As a test I just sent out Michael Juliar's response to your Mehta item. Can you tell me if it is clean. It should be but I need to check before sending out anything else.   Best, Don

Subject: Book on Mehta's Coffee Table

Someone noticed in the Feb. issue of Vanity Fair on p. l57 a book on Nabokov on the coffee table in Sonny Mehta's apartment. It took a magnifying glass to read the print on the  book's spine: NABOKOV   Glenn Horowitz Bookseller. The book could be a catalog of the Nabokov archive in the New York Public Library since Horowitz helped transfer the archive from Switzerland to the Berg Collection. Any further ideas?
