Nabokov Society, announces the forthcoming election of a new Vice
President. Needless to say, nominations and votes are restricted to
members-in-good standing of the Society.

Esteemed
VNS members!
It's time to elect a new Vice President. We traditionally
hold
our election before and/or during the MLA convention, alternating our
officers
between Slavicists and Americanists.
Zoran Kuzmanovich, our
current vice-president and non-Slavist, will become President. He and I
nominate
Julian Connolly (University of Virginia) and Stephen Blackwell
(University of Tennessee) for Vice President. All other officers will, we hope,
remain in place.
The floor is open for further nominations and for
discussion.
Best,
