For convenience and discounts, you can't beat amazon .com. For interesting finds, go to eBay. To get what you want today, the neighborhood bookstore is only a car ride away.
But once a year, a Valley book sale draws thousands of people searching for new titles, bargains, variety and unusual finds. Sponsored by the Volunteer Nonprofit Service Association, the event is next weekend at the Arizona Exposition and State Fair Park's Exhibit Building in Phoenix, and admission is free.
