Both these are Nabokov's wordplay, although perhaps the bar in the TV programme Footballers' Wives, which is called Nabokov's Cocoon, would serve them? :)
There's also a drink called a Virgin Mary, which leaves out the alcohol. Peculiar when you think about it...
