Aleksei,
The cocktail "Bloody Mary" is a very traditional one, at least in the US. Tomato juice, worcestershire sauce and vodka. Probably with salt to taste. 
May also be made substituting the juice "V-8" (a US blended brand of tomatoes and other vegetables), probably unavailable in Russia--I have yet to see it here.

If VN substitutes another word for "bloody", it is with an allusional nod to the original meanings: the cocktail, Queen Mary, the character "Bloody Mary" in Rogers' and Hammerstein's musical, (and the novel) South Pacific...

Bloody Ivan?? Since I haven't read the novel, I can only guess, that by analogy (to Mary, Queen of Scots), Ivan the Terrible.
As a drink??--perhaps a nod to the origin of the liquor used: vodka
