What are the best writings, if any, on what it's like to be Lolita, or how someone becomes Lolita?  Whose imagination imagines what Lolita is really like -- her subjectivity?
The best writing on this subject is a book entitled "Lolita". Vladimir Nabokov's imagination imagines what she is like, and enables readers to do so too. However, as Vera Nabokov pointed out, very few readers take advantage of this opportunity.
