Matt,

If I had to guess (and I have to), I'd say the voice is Christopher Plummer's. I don't have the DVD handy, but Plummer did perform as Nabokov in a short film on Nabokov's lecture on Kafka's Metamorphosis (let the prepositions multiply at will). I'm pretty sure the Swift excerpt you link to doesn't appear in Plummer's performance, but maybe the audio is an outtake (from "Kafka") or from something else entirely.
