In my previous post I forgot to mention the third Ivan Golovin:

Ivan Gavrilovich Golovin (1816-90), an émigré author and memoirist, one of whose many pennames was Nivolog (Golovin backwards). Herzen dedicated to Golovin (who was a bit soft in the head) a chapter in his Byloe i dumy ("Bygones and Meditations").

Baron Klim Avidov + Ivan Golovin = golova + divo + vina + vino + milk + barn (divo - marvel; vina - guilt)
