Smuggling guns and emeralds in PF

Reply for Sergei,

I can vouch on the basis of very precise personal experience that it
was easy to travel with a gun (in my case a loaded Browning 32
automatic
in my raincoat pocket) on both transatlantic and local flights. The
same
goes for emeralds, say, between Medellin and New York, although I'm
not
sure I understand your "Izumrudov" question. In neither case was it
"smuggling."

[EDNOTE. I hasten to admit that I was the one (not Sergei) who used
"smuggling" in the subject heading to connect the concealed weapon with
the bilingual pun. SES]
