It would be very helpful, particularly for bibliographic purposes, if contributors to the list would include the web address when pasting webpages into their e-mail messages. In the message below, one could probably guess what site this page came from by following a series of links, but giving the precise address would save time and frustration.

Most piquant is that after his emigration, Soviet authorities would not let his Nabokov volumes be shipped to him FROM the USSR.
