EDITOR's NOTE. As you all know, Jeff Edmunds' ZEMBLA, the VN Butterfly
Net, one of the information sources under the the aegis of the
International Vladimir Nabokov Society, was singled out for praise in a
recent cyber-journal review article which is here excerpted. Dmitri
Nabokov extends his congratulations to Jeff Edmunds who established and
runs ZEMBLA with the generous support of the Penn State Library System.

State Library system, may be found in _The Net_, a glossy journal well
known among cyber-designers.
The review appears on page 65 of the June 97 issue. Earlier, on
>page 49, at the beginning of the "blue pages" (a net directory), the Zembla
>motto is quoted ("Not flimsy nonsense...") and mention is made of the site.
>The review itself, which is quite well written, says in part:
> "In what is the simultaneously overwhelming and underwhelming
>time-suck of the Internet, Zembla, the Nabokov Butterfly Net, is a
