A couple of queries, actually:
1. What (real) state of the U. S. is fictional "Ramsdale" in?
2. Has anyone done for _Ada_ or _Lolita_ a "census" like that by
Glasheen for _Finnegans Wake_? Or a "gazeteer" like that by
Mink for that same work by JJ?
