New Feature
Dear Nabokovians: after a long delay, which is completely my fault, we are finally able to announce the availability of Stephen Jan Parker’s annotated catalogue of the books collected in the Nabokovs’ Montreux Palace Hotel apartment (and storage). The catalogue includes many commentaries about and quotations from Nabokov’s marginalia. This material is accessible only to members of the IVNS (which also makes for a good reminder to renew for 2025, if you have not done so). It offers not a comprehensive view of all books Nabokov owned as an emigre, but a snapshot of what he held on to at the end of his life. Here it is: the Stephen Jan Parker Montreux Library Catalogue.
The page includes a brief intro by me, a summary with highlights, and reference to SJP’s own article summarizing his work. Enjoy!

Thank you!
Excellent, thank you, Steve; fond memories of SJP here, corroborated by his students I've met. Cardinal Grishkin's early incarnation on p. 5?
