The telegram is on page 328: Nabokov declined when Kubrick first asked him to write the screenplay for Lolita. In December 1959, Kubrick appealed to him to reconsider and received this telegram in reply.
On page 329: "One of the many letters Nabokov included with the screenplay drafts he sents to Kubrick"
