Dear List,
I recently exchanged emails with the librarian in charge of the papers at
the LOC. The process is the same, though the papers themselves may not be
available as of June--they may only be viewable on microfilm or some other
format. I believe that requests are relayed through the LOC librarian to
Dmitri Nabokov's agent, and then, one assumes, if the request seems
meritorious, to Dmitri Nabokov himself for review.
