Roth: but is it really normal/possible to have enough excess skin there to trim off "strips" with scissors?
Oh yes. I do, usually. And the raising cost of a manicure (I've just seen a coiffeur's leaflet, offering a manicure for 15 euros - it's a 15/20 minutes aprox. work) doesn't help to avoid to.
