As you seem to be in Lausanne, there should be a sure way of finding out
where Nabokov hunted butterflies in Switzerland. The Musée cantonal de
Zoologie in 1993 published a list of all the butterflies bequeathed to
them
by Nabokov ("Les papillons de Nabokov"), that is of his whole European
collection. For each butterfly the place and date where he had found it
is
noted. If that's not enough, you might go to the museum and see if the
labels have more information on trails etc.
