Dmitri Nabokov sent a reply to Jansy: no, there is no link whatever between my Father's innocent "Mademoiselle O" and the considerably less innocent Histoire d'O.
JM: I'm puzzled. I never thought there was any link bt. Histoire d'O ( Réage), la Marquise d' O ( Kleist) and Mademoiselle O.
I may have written Mademoiselle d'O when referring to SM, Chapter 5, but it was a typo. Sorry.
