Dear Corinne,
You do seem to be keeping busy. I finked out on San Diego at the last
minute. I lived in Santa Monica for several years and remember it fondly.
Have a good 2004, Don

Hi Don,

All is well here in Colorado. I just got back from a lovely weekend of
skiing in the mountains. We are having unseasonable warm temperatures
here, which made for an enjoyable couple of days outside. I was in
California for MLA and AATSEEL (where I gave a paper on teaching Lolita
"on the road") a few weeks ago and stayed on for a few extra days at my
parents' beach house in Santa Monica. Very relaxing.

Now it's back to the grind: I have several papers to deliver and a few
articles to finish, along with teaching three classes. Yikes!

How are things with you and your family? I hope all is well.

Yours,
Corinne
