Shakespeare scholars nowadays make a gainful occupation out of a habit to keep track tirelessly of every reference to the Bard in pop culture. I thought Nabokovians would likewise be interested to learn that on the Russian Love Radio (104.2 MHz FM in Irkutsk) there is a DJ by the name of Vladimir Nabokov. It first seemed a pardonable mistake on the part of a student's brain that registers that name written in Latin or Slavic characters at least ten times per day, but then - why not. I found the man on the Love Radio website (http://www.loveradio.ru/ru/main/dj/detail.shtml?id=11&page=1). His personal page doesn't say whether this is a pseudonym or not, but is full of sweet nothings.

Yours pop culturally,
