Dear List,

I wish to put on record that the English of my article in The Nabokovian,
"Traditions of a Russian Family in Ada," is not my own. Of course, I could
have never achieved that smoothness of language myself. So I warmly thank
herewith Carolyn Kunin, my translator (and, sometimes, advisor). My
acknowledgement to her in TN was left out by chance, together with two
other notes of mine (also translated by Carolyn) that I hope will be
published in the next issue.

Alexey Sklyarenko
