My thanks to Mr. Stadlen and Ms. Kunin have called attention to a goof in
my remark that "Hullo" suggests a non-native speaker of English. They are
quite right. My Chambers Concise Dictionary says Hello/Hallo/Hullo are all
acceptable. It remains true that only Mr. uses it in TT.
