Recent changes in commands to NABOKV-L listserv

EDITOR's NOTE. Several subscribers have recently reported difficulties in
accessing and search NABOKV-L logs. This may be connected with changes in
the server. Nabokovian Mary Bellino offers the following advice. I ask that
subscribers let me know if these suggestions clear up their problems. And
my thanks to Mary Bellino.
