Speaking of out of print volumes, I've been searching for a copy of the
Garland Companion for some time with no luck. I've tried most of the online
out-of-print services, including Amazon and Barnes & Noble. Does anyone
have a suggestion? Thanks.

Second hand copies of THE WALTZ INVENTION are readily available at
bookstores all over America.

The best way to find these is by using the Out of Print service provided
by Barnes and Noble, who have a network of contacts with book dealers.

You can order online: www.bn.com

Last time I looked they are listing 49 copies of THE WALTZ INVENTION, in
prices ranging from $10 for the '67 paperback to over $200 for various
copies of the '66 Phaedra first edition, which however more typically
sells for between $22 and $58.
