I have purchased this facsimile of Nabokov's ULYSSES lectures last year
at Barnes&Noble online store for only $80. It is a treasure especially for
those who read Russian as well, since there are some Russian notes VN made
for himself -- for example, a notation on the pronunciation of the title
(which, as a Russian in the American university setting, I can certainly
relate to). I would check B&N before bidding on eBay...
