The August 11 issue of PUBLISHERS WEEKLY reports that Vintage
will be publishing a new edition of LOLITA, originally intended to coincide
with release of Adrian Lyne's long delayed film, on August 13. The August
24 issue of THE NEW YORKER will carry an appreciation by Roger Angell.
Vintage will also be publishing a new edition of the Nabokov screenplay
for LOLITA that was rejected by Stanley Kubrick.
