Last week I saw a draft fragment of new documentary
named "Klyuchi Nabokova" (Nabokov's Keys)
presented by St. Peterburg director and producer
Eugene Porotov ("Joseph Brodsky - last interview",
"Already History..." (about S.Dovlatov).
The 20 min. fragment was devoted to the restoration of
burned down Nabokov's mansion Vyra.
The completion of the film, which will be devoted to
return of VN's legacy to Russia, is hindered by lack of funds.
Mr.Porotov said he talked to DN and the latter, possibly,
would agree to read VN's poetry on the soundtrack.
