EDITOR'S NOTE. In partial reply to the query below, the script VN
submitted to Kubrick was published: _Lolita: A Screenplay_ (McGraw-Hill,
1974). Little of VN's script was actually used in Kubrick's film,
however. Perhaps someone out there knows if Kubrick's script is available?
