example of things that should NOT be sent to NABOKV-L. (Nor should I have
run it.) I mention the matter because I happened to check NABOKOV on the
AltaVista search service where I noticed that !) it had also run there and
2) it was treated with a healthy derision -- some of which was most
amusing. One respondent went so far as to suggest that the author might
want to READ Nabokov & Boyd's biography.
