Dear NABOKV_L list,
Brian Boyd and I have just finished preparing Vladimir Nabokov’s
*Letters to Véra* for publication in English. It is coming out from
Penguin (UK) on September 4 and from Knopf (US) as soon as they can
Americanize it. The Russian edition is under way. According to our
estimate, it will require about 9 more months of editorial work, plus
what it takes the Russian publisher (Azbooka) to produce the book. We
hope that the Russian volume of the letters will come out in the fall of
2015, but it may be more realistic to expect it in the spring of 2016.
Sincerely,
Olga Voronina
