The poetic almanac "Dva Puti" of two schoolmates – Andrey Balashov and
Volodya Nabokov's tenishevets, issued in Petrograd in January, 1918,
represents a big rare book.
The publisher, the editor and the author of the publication solved (to
complete the picture that epohi) to each facsimile poem of the almanac
about and l and (on fields of texts, a background) quotes and extracts from
the tenishevsky magazine "Young Thought" of 12 — 13 semester and cuttings
from the Rech newspaper of 1915 — 17 …
The publisher, the editor and the author of the publication and all project
this edition pay tribute to the coauthor of "Two ways" to Andrey
Nikolaevich Balashov which verses in the almanac both more mature and exact
and sincere and are more disturbing and tower over young Nabokov's 12
poetic "attempts" which stubborn wander from the collection in the
collection of the writer a little. On the other hand it is unfair and to a
brotherhood of tenishevets which so I valued both Nabokov and his messmates
who have appeared in the abrpod.
