At the end of the US Theatrical version of Dawn of the Dead (1978), the bed of character Peter is shown briefly as he prepares to observe a gang of bikers as they attempt to enter the mall he and his friends are hiding in. In the brief shot of the bed a hardcover Nabokov book is plainly visible.
