How about (it's usually called a Moebius strip around here) 'Butterfly Strip
with Russo-American Lep/author with net'? or 'Have net, will travel'?

Subject: [NABOKV-L] BIRTHDAY: Chasing on a Moebius Band...
My son helped me to produce this Moebian image which I had intended to post for
VN'a 2912 birthday. It popped again into my inbox today, by some quirk of
fate... I cannot remember if I rejected it, or you. I don't think it was
used...
Does it interest you for this year's hommage? It requires some kind of a text.
Perhaps a title will do?
"Nabokov's eternal butterfly chase"
